Store Policies
Country Road Outfitters offers the following Store Policies: - All returns must be authorized and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- The purchaser / customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of any product for any reason.
- All returns must be shipped to CRO within 30 days of purchase. After that time the purchaser / customer must contact the manufacturer to handle all warranty issues.
- CRO is not responsible for misuse, abuse, and/or improper installation of equipment and these cases will not be eligible for return.
- CRO reserves the right to replace any damaged item, issue a refund, send the item to the manufacturer for repair, and deny a return claim based on inspection of the product and information provided to CRO by the purchaser / customer.
- All used merchandise, unless otherwise noted in writing, is sold as is. We do not offer any form of warranty expressed or implied on used merchandise. All sales of used items are final.
- No international orders will be processed. We ship only to the 50 States of the United States. Any international order will be denied due to shipping requirements, possible fraud, and other trade regulations.
- All used equipment is sold as is and is non-returnable. Please read descriptions before ordering, buying, or bidding.
Ebay Auction / Buy It Now Policy: All auctions listed are binding contracts. By bidding you are agreeing to EBAY’s and CRO’s auction details, terms, and conditions. If you bid on an item and win you are expected to pay for it. All payments are due within 7 days from the end of the auction or the invoice date. The “BUYER” will be invoiced for the total with shipping, handling, insurance, etc. in a very timely manner. Ask all questions prior to an item ending please. It normally takes about 24-48 hours to respond to a question. Payments should be in the form of PayPal electronic payments, USPS money orders, or teller’s check. All funds must be in US Dollars. No international orders will be processed and no international funds. No items will be shipped until invoices are paid in full. Feedback will be left after payment has cleared and after your item has shipped. Please be kind and leave positive feedback when you receive you item. If you have a problem please contact us. RETURNS, WARRANTIES & TERMS: Sales of new items carry a 30 day exchange policy. We will replace any damaged or malfunctioning items inside the 30 day time limit. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer to handle all repair or replacement issues. Exchanges are at the discretion of CRO and its staff. All sales of used merchandise are final, unless otherwise stated in the auction. I offer no warranty implied, expressed, or otherwise for any used item I sell; unless otherwise stated in the auction description. If you get the incorrect item then please contact me to correct the situation. Sometimes mistakes happen and we are more then happy to replace the item for the correct one as soon as possible. If the “BUYER” has to return an item to the “SELLER” for any reason, the “BUYER” is responsible for all return shipping/handling charges. SHIPPING: You will be emailed via EBAY upon the shipping of your item. I do combine shipping on all items I sell to offer the best possible rate to my customers. USPS shipping does not include delivery confirmation; unless the item value is over $50.00US. Shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. will have tracking numbers generated. These tracking numbers will be emailed via Paypal / Ebay to the “BUYER” upon shipping. If multiple shipping options are offered please be sure to select the one you want. Also, if the shipment is offered via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. please make sure your shipping address is NOT a PO Box. I do reserve the right to ship via an alternate carrier at my discretion without prior notification to the “BUYER”.
